Today, We're going to examine, "The Rapid Digestion Secrets To Stopping Acne!"

In order to prevent foods from putrefying and releasing toxins in your system you need to make sure it digest quickly. Consider the following tips:

Rapid Digestion Secret #1

You must eat foods that has the same digestive juices.

If you eat foods with different juices it will neutralize each other and almost completely stop the digestion cycle. Which means it will take a lot longer for it to digest. For example, foods that normally take half an hour to digest will now take 5 to 7 hours. This can cause food to rot and release toxins throughout your body.

Not just that, it will also take a lot more energy to digest. So much that your system will not have much left to cleanse and purify itself.

In other words, if your body is constantly dealing with a heavy digestive burden it will not have energy for internal cleansing (which is very necessary to stop acne).

How do you know which foods to eat together?

Consider the following:

Do NOT each fruits with other foods - eating fruits with any other food will ferment and putrefy in your system which can cause digestive problems. So only eat fruits on an empty stomach.

Do NOT eat proteins and starches together - They do not digest well together and will slow down the digestion cycle.

Do NOT eat fats with animal proteins - fats from coconut, butter, ghee, olive oil, or fats found in animal skins do not combine well with the animal protein itself.

The point here is try to eat just one type of food for each meal. If you eat 2 or more different food in one meal, it will take longer and requires more digestive energy for it to digest.

But if you do eat more than 2 types of food, I recommend you eat the food that is rich in water first such as vegetables. These types of food will digest a lot quicker than any other food. And doing this will speed up the digestion process.

Rapid Digestion Secret #2

Another effective way to speed up the digestion proccess is to eat ginger. Ginger has a powerful stimulating effect on digestion. All you do is eat a slice of fresh, raw ginger right before or after your meal. Doing this will stimulate and speed up the digestion process.

And the best part is you get ginger from your local grocery store. But wherever you get your ginger, I recommend you start eating ginger before or after your meal starting today.

Rapid Digestion Secret #3

Eat vegetables with your meals. Vegetables contains enzymes that are required for your system to digest the foods you eat. Simply put, your system cannot digest food without enzymes.

But don't worry because your system has a pancreas that produce it's own enzymes.

What I'm just saying is that you can speed up the digestion process by eating eat vegetables along with our meals. To make sure your system has enough enzymes for each meal.

I must warn you though, you must not cook or heat any vegetables. Or else you will destroy the enzymes it contains. You must also not cut open vegetables or the enzymes it contains can easily get destroy by oxygen. But if you cut it or slice it up for some reasons I recommend you eat it immediately or as soon as possible before it loses all it's enzymes.
